A cloud-based data collection platform together with a mobile application was developed for capturing the biodiversity distribution of the entire Wayanad district. A data visualization dashboard was also developed for data analysis and report generation. Around 10k samples were taken across the district within one month of time.

The "Automated Cartography of LSG Institutions" Project involved generating maps of different themes for each LSG institution for preparing local disaster management plans. The project focused on generating maps in the A2 size standard of specified 30 themes using datasets available at KSDMA. Around 30k maps were generated within 2 weeks.

Extracting text-based information from a large set scanned documents and images for the CMDRF document digitization project of CDIT were taken up & completed by CFC in November 2019. We used a combination of image processing and ml technologies for accomplishing the task.

A custom machine learning model was designed and trained for automatically segregating wastes with the help of a robotic arm. The model became effective as we fined tuned the model and improved the quantity & quality of the training data.
